Established in 1996, MDC Engineers employ professional engineers with more than 20 years’ experience in their field. We specialise in pumping and piping systems for the oil, gas and mineral mining industries, as well as mechanical designing for mining and chemical plants. Our engineers are highly trained and offer world-class knowledge and experience from across the globe, including Israel and Germany

Our team at MDC Engineers is experienced in piping, including working with homogenous materials such as carbon steel, titanium, SAF 2507, as well as heterogeneous materials such as fibre-reinforced polymer (FRP). Piping design is completed to the relevant ASME standard and can include stress analysis of the piping system to limit the stress to connecting flanges and/or piping.

Our pumping systems include the development of calculations and specifications for the supply of large positive displacement (1 megawatt and above) and centrifugal pumps of a similar size. We are also the specialists in process plant design, including high-pressure acid leach plants (HPAL) and pressure oxidation plants (POX).

We at MDC Engineers have access to computational fluid dynamic modelling (CFD) and finite element modelling (FEA) for piping and structural components.
